Well we have come to the end of another year and the state of the country is been some what in a hiatus since the election, business has been slow to catch up with the development of projects, this can be for a number of factors that seem to arise in New Zealand, we want more for less and employers have exactly the same mentality, not taking in consideration of the years of training that goes into tradespeople, they dont really know as apprenticeships have been disregarded for many years.
