Just have courage to speak up, but remember the details in the 3 steps mentioned in the news letter below should be applied to your EBA or Individual contract of Employment, if the company is mandating you to have a certain personal medical procedure for your Employment, then put it in writing in your agreement, as stated below taking responsibility for any adverse reaction

in regards my companies stance I am backing a local Business like Oliver's MMA Gym, as I belong to Auckland Russian Systema MMA and hope it grows so please spread the word as the Electrical Industry has no Union here, but hopefully maybe some info worth thinking about

Hi there Guys i have not been advertising a lot in the past few months as companies have been contacting me in regards staff needs but that they require vaccinated staff, only, and I cant do that.

I have sent you a copy of the letter that has gone out to all my Electrical Mechanical clients, some of the leaders of companies in which you work, please read the below document as this is my companies stance, i do not discriminate and will not be part of any organization that does

Have a good xmas and as bad as things are getting it only happens if we allow it, as i am receiving emails back from companies saying they have plenty of work and it is a shame they cant work with me on my specifications, i say good luck finding men and women that are skilled that want to work for you as we are increasing the wages for contract.

Change in Policy for companies searching for Vaxed / Unvaccinated staff.

This is a message to Companies wishing me to supply Vaccinated staff only, I require the below: The 3 steps of Vaccine freedom

For companies wishing to employ staff and enforce mandatory rules of discriminating between those that have, and those that have not had a vaccine I say this.

To be compliant in your OHS Procedure, for SWC to enforce this you must have the below.

1/ Job description outlining the description of the role and the criteria required of the suitable candidate. ( ie type of vaccine)

2/ The companies OHS Risk Assessment Plan of how you came to the decision of the required action plan

3/ A copy of the required Vaccine details you are mandating, with it’s MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet)

(Without all of the above continuing down this road – get a lawyer)


2022 future vision: warning for all business over the next month

In my Opinion after analysing the world of politics and being a business owner in Auckland since 1991 I have seen for some time that we are heading into a time like no other where we are going to witness the biggest market and economic crash the world has ever seen and as a OHS Advisory and Recruitment Consultancy for the Electrical and Mechanical Industry I see our market in the future in 2022 on being the Supply of Contract & Temp Labour, not so much full time placement, are you, or your business ready for the reset in the RV of world currencies.

OHS Legislative requirements - its all in your OHS paperwork

As OHS Advisor and SMP Project Manager in the Resource construction Industry within NZ, Australia and world wide for many years I feel companies don’t understand the Legal ramifications of poor OHS risk assessment procedure required in times when there is a significant risk to workers to legally protect themselves, and their staff as the OHS Legislation is federal Law and over rides state mandates, something for business owners to remember for your business’s is your risk assessment procedure based on relevant facts, and like any substance on your companies premise or property it must have a MSDS Material Safety Data Sheet and paper work associated, if not you may be misleading or negligent to causing harm, I have worked at court level in Australia within the FWA Courts, but, New Zealand has the Proceeds of Crime Act that goes hand and hand with Work Safe Prosecution.

the writers opinion, is, without the above documentation specified your company is violating the Federal Law, to mandate a trial medication that is in experimental phase and is only able to be used in a Emergency for the country, I feel it’s business suicide for its future, hence the reason I make this statement of non compliance unless i have relevant documentation.

New Policy

SWC does not consent to the draconian laws enforced by Govt since the enforcement of restrictions on the public in NZ, and as a Auckland member/supporter of the Systema MMA Club I support Steve Oliver, of Oliver’s MMA in New Lynn, we need to support our local Auckland Business's due to we have no representation other than legal in a corrupt system against corporations dictating.

An Auckland gym not using vaccine passes is staying open despite a police warning over the weekend.

Owners of Oliver MMA HQ in New Lynn, Steve and Krissy Oliver, say they are breaking the law but will remain open for their community and families who have been turned away elsewhere because of the vaccine mandate.
